Each jewelry piece is crafted and inspected with care, but if you are not entirely pleased with your order, this Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be granted.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

·        To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging, certificates, and tags intact.

·        Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

·        Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all refund claims.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable due to their personalized or final-sale nature:

·        Custom-designed or engraved jewelry

·        Special orders and bespoke pieces

·        Gift cards or promotional items

 

3. Refund Process

·        To request a refund, please contact our Customer Care team at support@au8ra.com with your order details.

·        Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

·        After inspection, an approved refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

 

4. Exchanges

·        Eligible items may be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value, subject to availability.

·        If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid in full.

 

5. Shipping Costs

·        Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

·        For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

·        If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

·        We will arrange for an exchange, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
